Grilled pork steaks

Invited a couple of friends over this weekend and grilled up some pork steaks. Just rubbed them down with a little olive oil followed by a dry rub, grilled over direct heat. Turned out really good. IMO a good pork steak has better flavor than a pork chop and stays far more moist when grilling.

Boy I could'nt agree more with ya twodogs, love a good pork steak.
My brother and I have been buyin pork shoulder roasts and having the butcher cut us 3/4 in steaks, man you talk about good and flavorful.
