Hello to all

Wanted to say hi to everyone since I am new to the forum. I am in my early 60's and started my grilling experience in Vietnam using a little C4 for heat and c-rations, too funny but, had to improvise in order to get a little hot eats in the jungle. Been grilling and smoking ever since.

I prefer charcoal over gas and use a Chargriller with side smoke box. Just ordered a rotisserie for it today.

Fixed an awesome beer can chicken yesterday that was to die for.

Thanks for the welcome Chandlergrills, I have owned both gas and charcoal grills over the years but, just feel I can't get that true grilled flavor from gas over charcoal.

I prefer charcoal myself actually lump. Good luck with the chargriller I had one for years myself, nice cooker, with a few mods they are a good smoker as well.
